Marathon under 3 hrs.
Tell us about your running accomplishment that you’re most proud of and why:
I think the biggest accomplishment is that I integrated running into my daily life. It was not an easy thing to do because lots of conflicts appear when I would like to go for a run. But once I overcame this, that means I have more control over my life.
Favorite part about being a runner:
Being a runner is something where I can train my consistency. It also gives me one more reason to explore the outside world.
Favorite Workout: Tempo. I feel most comfortable on tempo run because I prefer running long time at constant pace than short time at very fast pace like interval .
Most Challenging Workout: Uphill. It looks easy and short from the numbers like 8×30 secs, but it is actually very challenging. I have to drive my whole body very hard up the hill, and put more effort than interval.
