Favorite Part About Being a Runner
I am currently running about 18 miles a week, which I have never done. I like the time I spend running – it is a time where I spend outside, which is peaceful, and a time where my mind can be quiet.
I have done 5Ks and a 4 mile race- we do an annual race- the Dam Run every year.
