Years Running: from ages 13-20, then from ages 42-present
Training for my first half marathon to be in Newport, RI in October 2020.
I want to train better and become a more efficient runner, while avoiding injury.
Long Term Goals
Same as above! I hope to one day be able to run 10 or more miles pain free.
My PR for the 5K was 32:28. I hope to break 30 minutes soon!
Favorite Part About Being a Runner
I love the accomplished feeling I get from running. I also love meeting other runners and learning from them.
My 5K PR in March 2020: 32:28. It was about 25 degrees Fahrenheit that day yet I ran my best. Was so proud! 🙂
