Beginner and intermediate runners. I also specialize in runners with disabilities and chronic illnesses. I am neurodivergent and I have several chronic illnesses so I understand the challenges that athletes with disabilities and chronic illnesses face. I am also a certified personal trainer with ACE and I can provide guidance on strength training if needed. I am also a fifty hour certified yin yoga teacher and I also have a certification in self massage so I can help with post run recovery and mobility as well!


You are more then just your training plan! I understand the demands of a busy schedule as I work in animal medicine part time. I am all about easy, consistent running, building and maintaining a solid mileage base, not forgetting strength training, cross training, mobility and recovery! Running should bring you joy and I understand life happens and we will adapt!


I became a certified personal trainer in 2022. I started coaching personal training clients online for a while then I got my RRCA level 1 certification in 2022!


I started running several years after I graduated college! I started out to where I could not run a mile without being completely out of breath. I also ride horses. I own two horses and I have been riding since I was 16! I do multiple sports now, running, riding my horse, strength training and yoga! I am also a huge animal lover, I own a golden retriever named Shelly!


Jeff Galloway is definitely my biggest influence. I have a fainting condition to where intervals are the safest way for me to run. Run/walk works for me and it continues to work for me! I love it!
