My philosophy is that each person is unique and I will treat my athletes just like that. There will always be a training plan specifically for you. I’ll give attention to details and communicate through training peaks. I love comments. This is how we get to know each other and our expectations. I want to know how you are feeling, if there are any signs of a niggle or that you’ve just had a stressful week. The more I know the more we can work together.

I’ve been running for over 25 years and I believe it’s time for me to use my education and running knowledge to help others succeed. I have been coaching Middle School track and XC for 4 years as well as helped friends and family members run races up to half marathons.

I have been married for almost 23 years. I have 2 beautiful daughters. They are in College now so I have more time to focus on coaching and training. I also have 2 Shihtzus.

If I’m not home you will most likely find me at the Beach. Running is my first love but triathlons keep my busy and mix things up a lot too.

I would have to say one of my influencers would be my Dad. He got me into running after he quit smoking and decided to train for a marathon. He then completed 18 total. I also admire Des Linden. She won the 2018 Boston Marathon. After almost stopping during the race, she came back to win and was the first American woman in 33 years to win.

  • I’ve run 12 Marathons including 3 of the majors. New York City( 2010,2014) Chicago(2008, 2013) Boston(2018)
  • Over 10 half marathons
  • And too many 5 and 10’s to count !
  • Ironman Chattanooga (2015)
  • 11 Ironman 70.3 races
  • Escape From Alcatraz-one of my favorite and most terrifying!
