Deeply Involved in Running, Training and Fitness for more the 14 years, recently got my Fitness nutrition specialist certification.

I care about my clients, and there’s nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy.

I want to be there for those who want to bring about change, I want to help you discover the benefits of training that have helped me become the person I am today, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

On 2024 I was diagnosed with R Achilles Tendinitis and L plantar plate, It took me a year of recover without surgery. Now I can run again.
