Philosophy
Success starts long before race day. It begins with a mindset that embraces the process, consistency that compounds over time, and the flexibility to adjust without losing sight of the goal. Training isn’t about executing every workout perfectly—it’s about continuing to move forward despite busy schedules, bad weather, missed runs, and unexpected setbacks.
Coaching Experience
This is my first year of “official” coaching since earning my run coaching certification, but I’ve been coaching friends in both the half and full marathon distances since 2025.
I’m looking forward to getting to know each and every one of my athletes on a personal basis and cheering them on every step of the way.
About Me
I earned a degree in Exercise Science before studying Nutrition at The Ohio State University. I’ve been a registered dietitian for the past 16 years and am also a proud mom to two daughters and three crazy cats.
I’ve been an athlete for as long as I can remember, competing in a variety of sports, but marathon running has been my true passion since college. My husband is a competitive runner as well—we actually met through a local running company event after he finished his collegiate running career.
When I’m not running or coaching, you’ll usually find me attempting to improve my very mediocre art skills, playing video games with my family, or trying (emphasis on trying) to learn golf.
