I have been running and training for 12 years. I started on the sprint side of running and moved more towards middle distance. I ran cross country and track in college. I love studying new ways to become a more successful runner. My favorite idea to discuss with athletes is mindset before workouts/ races, I think this is important and not enough people focus on this aspect.
