As an enthusiastic endurance athlete myself, I firmly believe that through consistency, personalized attention and effective athlete-coach communication, every individual can enhance their performance and reach their goals.


My coaching philosophy revolves around a holistic and personal approach, recognizing that each individual athlete is unique and requires personalized guidance to reach their full potential. I believe in crafting tailored training plans that consider the specific needs and goals of athletes, regardless of the distance they aim to conquer.

Moreover, I advocate for plant-based nutrition, offering guidance and support to athletes who choose this lifestyle, ensuring they receive the necessary nutrients to fuel their performance optimally while respecting their dietary preferences. By integrating these principles into my coaching methodology, I aim to empower athletes to achieve their athletic aspirations while prioritizing their overall well-being and individuality.


New to Team RunRun since 2024. My approach emphasizes effective communication and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and aspirations of my clients. Whether it’s helping an athlete stay fit, prepare for a specific event or plant-based nutrition advice, I am dedicated to supporting athletes in their journey towards improvement and achievement. My coaching philosophy centers on fostering a collaborative partnership with my clients, empowering them to unlock their full potential and thrive in their athletic endeavors.


I’m passionate about endurance sports, especially long-distance cycling and running. Two years ago, I fell in love with ultratrail running and, thanks to structured training and nutrition, I’ve completed several ultra trail events across Europe. I enjoy combining sports with traveling, having embarked on numerous short and several long bike packing trips across the Americas, Europe, and Asia over the past 10 years. Along the way, I’ve also pursued trail running and attempted FKT challenges.
