COACHING EXPERIENCE

I have experience coaching athletes, specifically runners. My coaching integrates running-specific training plans with complementary practices like yoga, which I tailor to enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. I have worked with athletes at various levels, from high school runners to recreational and competitive adult athletes, ensuring their training is aligned with their individual goals and needs. All my coaching is conducted online, utilizing a professional platform to deliver customized training plans and maintain clear communication with my clients. This allows me to provide a highly personalized approach regardless of location.

ABOUT ME

I got engaged during a Tough Mudder!

I have a deep passion for movement, mindset, and helping athletes thrive. Running has been a constant in my life, from my days as a Division III college soccer player and team captain to completing multiple half marathons and a full marathon. Now, as a coach, I love guiding others to discover their strength, build confidence, and achieve their goals—whether it’s a first 5K or a marathon PR.

Movement is more than just training—it’s a way to connect with ourselves, find balance, and stay present.

Being outdoors is where I feel most at home—whether it’s a trail run, a snowy jog, or a quiet moment on the yoga mat. As a mom, I know the importance of balancing training with real life, and I work with my athletes to create sustainable, adaptable plans that fit their goals and lifestyle.
I believe that running is about more than just pace and mileage—it’s about finding joy in movement, building confidence, and discovering what’s possible. I’m here to support, challenge, and guide you on your journey—wherever your next finish line may be!

BIG INFLUENCES

My coaching philosophy is rooted in a holistic, individualized approach that prioritizes longevity, strength, and mental resilience. I believe that every runner is unique, and training should be personalized, adaptable, and sustainable, fitting into an athlete’s life rather than overwhelming it. I believe that running is about more than just pace and mileage—it’s about discovering strength, embracing the process, and finding joy in movement. My goal is to help runners train smarter, stay healthy, and build confidence so they can thrive both on and off the road.

RACING HISTORY

I played Division 3 collegiate soccer at Misericordia University, where I was honored to serve as team captain for two years. During my time there, I was named First Team All-Conference for two consecutive seasons and received the MVP award, recognizing my contributions and leadership on the field.

In addition to my soccer achievements, I have transitioned to endurance sports and have successfully completed multiple half marathons and a full marathon. These experiences have given me firsthand insight into both team-based and individual athletic disciplines, which I bring to my coaching practice.

I’ve run various 5k’s, 10k-Dairy Air, 3 Tough Mudders, 1 Spartan Trail Race, 3 half marathons, 1 full marathon
