PHILOSOPHY

Distance and consistency over pace, developing or keeping the love of running and its benefits despite setbacks or life transitions. Positive mindset. You vs You.

Setting goals, working towards a purpose, all distances of running can turn into life changing impact. It has been a wonderful journey of discovery and fulfilling dreams I never thought possible. Gradual progression is something I learned to fine tune and customize, with my heart condition history. I’d be delighted and honored to help be a part of your success. My niche is around ages 35-65, never say never, focus on the CAN, and I believe in you!

COACHING EXPERIENCE

My coach, Jenny Windham, has helped me to be more consistent with my workouts and runs. I’ve increased the length of my runs. I’ve also lost five pounds! She’s been very helpful in sending videos of certain exercises that I wasn’t exactly sure of how to do. She’s also very skilled in modifying exercises to my fitness level. What I appreciate about her most, is that she’s been a positive presence cheering me on to success.
