Julia really listens to what I need and part of that is to make sure that my training schedule jives with my work schedule and other things in my life. We have only worked together a few months but she has already helped me through an injury from a fall and we are working on training for my first half marathon. Julia is a fantastic coach, I’ve really appreciated getting to know her and working with her. Although it’s impossible to list all the reasons she’s fantastic, here are the main ones:
1. She’s knowledgeable about running and what it takes to meet your goals. I’ve learned so much from her and she’s really pushed me to the next level without breaking my confidence.
2. She’s personable and consistent. She truly cares about your goals. I’m big on consistency and timeliness, and she always is. She makes me feel like I’m her only runner.
With her expertise I’ve gone from running 1:30/1 to 12/1 in six months while training for a marathon. That’s crazy! Looking forward to working with her in helping me get faster.

Julia was awesome!! Her program was phenomenal and she was willing to develop it around my availability and needs. I had 3 months to train for a mile and a half run. At the beginning I was running a mile and a half in 15:30. My final run was 12:12! 13 seconds under what I needed. Julia was super supportive and kept positive even when I wasn’t. Highly recommend.
