SPECIALTIES

With over a decade of experience dedicated to training and human performance, I am passionate about crafting personalized training programs that ignite your potential. Whether it’s middle-distance, long-distance, road races, cross-country, trail races, or comprehensive strength training, I design each program to elevate your journey.

Utilizing a periodized, thoughtful, and strategic training method, I ensure you’re not just race ready but prepared to conquer the challenges ahead. Together, we will focus on training blocks that enhance your strengths and address your weaknesses, paving the way for you to flourish as a well-rounded athlete. Let’s embark on this transformative journey to achieve your athletic goals!

PHILOSOPHY

I’m driven to apply multiple leadership styles based on individual situations and circumstances. My ultimate goal is to unify all team members and empower them to carry out objectives that prepare them to achieve spiritual, academic, and competitive success. My continuous efforts to understand myself as a leader, teacher, and coach and to establish clear expectations for myself and all team members inspire personal growth. I’m guided by meaning and purpose to connect with and support others to have a positive outlook on all life experiences. Once I’m able to unify and empower all people within the program through the use of the four pillars: buy-in (commitment to the team’s goals), trust (reliance on each other’s abilities), respect (valuing each other’s contributions and personal traits), and commitment (dedication to the team’s overall success), we can build and sustain a strong program. These pillars are not just words but the foundation of building a program, ensuring a secure and confident environment for all team members.

My training programs are meticulously designed to provide variety while staying within the parameters of periodization, which focuses on effectively peaking athletes for the championship season. My approach to designing workouts focuses on everything being progressed and nothing being neglected but rather maintained to continue elevating fitness. Primary focuses in workouts become shifted as the season draws closer to the championship segment, and everything becomes maintained so that physiological adaptation is not lost. This approach ensures that athletes can consistently reach peak performance and are ready to excel in their respective events, a testament to the effectiveness of my coaching methods.
