Humans are natural running machines. Most of us just forgot how. In the process of fostering running as a healthy lifestyle practice, it’s important to be open to unlearn, before learning new science-backed strategies and training formats. That’s what I’m passionate about: meeting you where you are at, stepping a step back to assess, adjust, and build on stronger foundations that can help us reach new distances and speed, safely.


I started running non-competitive races in 2007. Since then I’ve completed several sprint and olympic triathlons, a bike century, and plenty of 5k,10k,Half & Full marathons. What got me to step up was when I stopped for 2 years while injured.

I’ve been coaching a few non-runners completing a Marathon, but in parallel I’ve been helping hundreds of clients improving and achieve a healthy lifestyle that includes all elements (food, sleep, exercise, mental health, natural solutions).


I’ve been a smoker from the age of 14 until the age of 32 when I finally quit smoking for good, adopting a more healthy lifestyle. Fast forward to today, I’m a healthy 50 y.o. looking much younger than my age .I’m a board certified Health Coach with 12+ years of experience in the field, coaching thousands of people over time. Most of all I’m a runner and an athlete. Over the years I’ve learned how to train safely for the long term, avoiding injuries. Fine-tuning optimal nutrition and fostering strength conditioning is part of the recipe to keep strong and healthy. Running has been part of my lifestyle, and my mission is to get as many people adopting the same lifestyle as well.


My inspiration is drawn from everyday non-competitive runners that show up and reap the results of consistent, sustainable training. I’m fascinated and encouraged by their willpower and ability to overcome obstacles when training and completing one or multiple races. There is nothing like that feeling of personal achievement that is seen on someone’s face at a race finish line.
