My specialties include anything from the track to the marathon distance or more! I love to work with athletes who are passionate about the sport and excited to see and work for progress. Athletes who are new to the sport, trying to come back after taking some time off (been there done that!), a high school athlete looking for some guidance in the off seasons or someone with experience looking for a new PR or even an OTQ!

Any athlete of any ability excites me to coach and I look forward to any opportunity I have to collaborate with someone that loves running! I also have experience in strength/core exercises, mental training, positive sleep and nutrition concepts, and all around just helping people love the sport more than they already do!

Consistency over Quantity, and Commitment over Ability.

An athlete that is willing to be committed and consistent to their training plan will find bounds of success. Trust in your coach, believe in the process, and so much success will follow. Being coachable is the most important thing with an athlete. For myself as a coach, working with people who are collaborative and excited makes the experience that much more enjoyable!

Communication is also a key point for myself as a coach! Working with athletes that a clear on their feelings and thoughts helps me make the most affective decisions in my trainings plans. Phone call will be an option for my athletes due to this love and need for communication!

In 2019, I began as a volunteer women’s XC coach at Roosevelt High School in Seattle, WA under Anita Campbell (also a Team RunRun Coach). After Anita stepped away in 2020, I moved up to co-head coach and have been coaching athletes who range from 17:50-38 minutes in the 5k. In addition, I am a part-time assistant for the Track and Field program at Roosevelt with the distance program for both men and women. I have also been a camp counselor at a college cross country camp alongside the University of Oshkosh and help to assist my high school alma matter during indoor track seasons when I was home from college from 2014-2018.

On top of that, I am a coach on a virtual app program call The Runner’s High Club. There, I help plan what workouts we will film, what programs make sense for different peoples needs, and film and coach people through different running and training exercises.

I currently reside in Seattle, WA and outside of coaching high school, I am a full time employee at Oiselle, a women’s running athletic apparel brand! I am a designer and sustainability and ethic coordinator for the brand where I can show my love for running not only through the clothing we make but also on the environment we run in!

Originally from Appleton, WI, I went to college at Kent State University and ran both cross country and track and field at the Division 1 level. I was a walk on for the program, red-shirted year one and eventually progressed to be able to compete in both our conference championship in cross and track (steeplechase).

I have run distances from 400m-Marathon including some trail races in there as well! As someone who has been running since she was 7 years old, I am an absolute junkie for the sport! Loving the people, the clothing and the environment that the sport has!

  1. 5 out of 5

Morgan is incredible! She makes personalized plans every week for me based on how that week looks. This has been super helpful, especially when traveling. She’s also very accessible via email and text. As far as workouts go, she crafts new workouts for me every week, which keeps me motivated and excited for new challenges. Her workouts also push me to run harder and faster than I knew I could run. I highly recommend her as a coach!

  2. 5 out of 5

Morgan has been such an amazing coach. She has modified the weekly training plans to meet my needs and schedule as a working mom. She also checks in and adapts the plan based on how the previous weeks runs have progressed. I am running faster times now than I did pre babe and I know I have Morgan’s coaching and knowledge to thank for that. Cannot wait to celebrate the hard work come race day.

Great at modifying the plan to my schedule and injuries and also suggest added at-home PT exercises to supplement my running and help my healing. So excited for this fall marathon training season!
