Steps to Get Started

  • Runners choose the coach and package that fits them best, whether it's monthly coaching or a one-time consultation (offerings and prices vary by coach).
  • Once the runner and coach are connected, the crew at Team RunRun gets to work immediately to get them setup.
  • Coaches and runners use a shared Google Sheet Training Log, with training written specifically for that runner, and the coach and runner communicate via the training log, email, and/or phone and text.
  • The training log, the training plan, and the coach/runner relationship are all personalized, one-on-one, and all online, unless specified otherwise in the package purchased (example: A Deluxe package could includes weekly runs together).
  • All coaching fees are paid on a monthly basis via recurring payments or one-time consultation fees are paid, well, one time! See our packages and coaches listed below for more details.
