After battling various injuries in the past few years I have two main goals in 2018. 1) Get (and remain) as healthy as possible and, 2) renew my love of running.
Long Term Goals
Continue to stay healthy and get faster – Boston and a 50K?
I completed 3 half marathons on consecutive days.
7 marathon finishes with one of them while chewing gum the entire distance and not falling once!
Favorite Part About Being a Runner
Getting lost in thought and the goals that I make while on the endorphin high (that thankfully go away after the sweat dries up).
Chicago was amazing because of the enthusiasm and the sea-level oxygen.

No matter how difficult a day may be or if you don’t feel well, you’ll feel a great sense of accomplishment (and better) after your run.
