Boston Qualifier 1997, 2014-2017
3rd place in age group NODM 2014 (3:48)
2nd place in age group NODM 2017 (4:01) Very limited field 🙂

Favorite part about being a runner:

The mental and physical health benefits that includes the close friendships I have developed with my running friends

Running words of wisdom:

Going out too fast should be avoided.
You have to run faster to run faster.
“You don’t have to be having fun to have fun” ( I borrowed that one)
When in Boston smile because… you are running Boston
