Title:  Sales Account Executive

Job Summary: Get in early with Team RunRun, a fast growing startup building a marketplace connecting athletes with top running coaches. We’re looking for a creative spirit, driven to win. Success is finding and signing up the industry’s top coaching talent to participate on our platform, helping connect them to runners, making them more successful as a result.

You’ll report directly to the Team RunRun’s founder and CEO and you’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy and freedom. Come be part of building something big with us.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

You’ll own everything from sourcing prospects, to signing up coaches on the marketplace and ultimately making them successful with Team RunRun. You’ll do this by:

Prospecting

  • creatively source leads who fit the ideal customer profile

  • create and execute outbound prospecting campaigns

  • communicate via multi-channels – phone, email, social, networking, events

Selling

  • clearly communicate value proposition to ideal customers

  • negotiate with interested coaches

  • close deals!

Success will require a scrappy get-it-done attitude. If you can sell and thrive on autonomy, this job is for you. Team RunRun Talent Recruiters work independently and fully remotely. They participate in weekly Team sales meetings, but otherwise, work on their own schedule, set their own hours, and work as fully commission-based contractors for Team RunRun.

Qualifications: 

  • Sales/recruiting experience

  • Ability to work independently and remotely with little management oversight

  • Passionate about our company mission

  • Running industry knowledge a plus

  • Experience with a CRM a plus

Compensation: Fully commission pay with no caps.
