SPECIALTIES

I work with runners who are training for their first 5k all the way through athletes running multiple 100 milers a year. I love helping athletes get consistent with running and strive to help develop mental and physical strength, endurance, speed, and running economy. I really enjoy coaching athletes training for the half marathon, marathon, 50k, 50 miler,100k and 100 miler distances but am happy to support you in any distance. You tell me your goals, and I will meet you where you are and help you reach them. I am here to motivate and empower you and keep you accountable in daily training all the way through to your goal race.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that every athlete is on their own journey, I believe in commutation so I can find the best way to help you meet your goals wherever you are on your running journey! I believe that if we can get 1 percent better each day or week and our year will be incredible!

COACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a new running coach, I do believe I can bring energy, perspective, and motivation to any training routine. With a personalized approach, I can assess your current fitness level, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and design workouts that push you toward your goals without risking injury. My guidance often extends beyond physical training, offering support in mindset, and recovery strategies. Whether you’re preparing for your first 5K or aiming to set a personal record, I can provide the structure, accountability, and enthusiasm needed to elevate your performance.

ABOUT ME

I was born with congenital heart disease, and it’s something I continue to live with today. Because of it, I’m often slower than many of my peers—but I never let that keep me from running or crossing the finish line. I’m excited to use my experience to encourage and support anyone striving to complete their own race! I live in North Carolina with my beautiful wife, 3 amazing kids, 5 lizards, and 1 cat.

PRs

While I do have personal records that I’m proud of, I try not to get too caught up in chasing faster times. Instead, I focus on the simple goal of finishing each race. For me, completing the distance—no matter how long it takes—is a reminder of why I enjoy running in the first place. It keeps the experience fun, grounded, and meaningful.
