If you’d like to change coaches but aren’t sure which new coach you’d like to work with, feel free to reach out to Julie at [email protected] or to any prospective coaches. Any paid, unused days can be applied towards your new coach and we’ll help update your account.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your account and billing to be updated. See instructions below to do this from your “My Account” page.

You can also pause or cancel your account via the My Account Page > Recent Orders > Click on Order # > Click on Subscription # > See options for Pausing or Canceling. If pausing, you will retain any paid, unused days for the days between pausing and the next renewal date and if canceling, you will not retain any paid days. The paid days are valid for 12 months from the paused date. See our Refund Policy for more information.
