We are here to help everyone fall in love with running, whether you already run marathons or are buying your first pair of running shoes. As you browse our coach profiles, you’ll notice that Team RunRun is not just oriented towards hitting major race goals. Our coaches are real people who love running, and their stories reflect that. We have coaches who specialize in running during and after pregnancy, who help you incorporate running into your sobriety journey, and who help you fit running into busy family and work lives. We also have coaches who are Olympic Trials qualifiers and can help you qualify, too. Whatever you are looking for in your running, we have someone to help.
When choosing a running coach, we recommend a few best practices:
- Be honest with yourself and your prospective coach about your running goals
- Reach out to the coach before committing to make sure you two click
- Don’t forget to make sure that you are comfortable using the same technology as your coach
- Choose a coach with a price that fits your budget
