Philosophy

My goal is simple: to help you show up to the start line feeling confident, strong, happy and healthy.

I coach the whole athlete, not just the runner. Your job, family, sleep, stress, and everything else in your life are all pieces of the same puzzle. Your goals belong within your life, not in competition with it. When they work together, every part of you grows stronger.

My coaching is built on four foundations:

Consistency. Progress comes from showing up week after week, not from one perfect workout. We build habits that last well beyond race day or one perfectly done workout.
Communication. Open, honest conversation is the heart of great coaching. I want to hear about your wins, your tough days, and everything in between so we can adjust together.
Relationship. Coaching is a partnership. I take the time to understand your goals, your motivation, and what works best for you.

The whole athlete. Busy weeks happen and life gets in the way. When it does, we adapt the plan and keep moving forward with no guilt.

Above all, running should be fun. The training is hard work, and reaching your goals matters, but so does being present in every step of getting there. Enjoy the journey, and you will cross that finish line proud of who you have become.

Coaching Experience

I have been coaching athletes of all ages and abilities since 2023. Every runner is unique, so every runner deserves a plan built around their own needs, goals, and schedule.

As a USATF Level 1 and RRCA Level 1 certified coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I combine evidence-based training with a personalized approach. My coaching emphasizes communication, adaptability, consistency, and long-term development, so you can reach your goals with confidence.

About Me

Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m a runner, coach, and full-time personal trainer based in Easton, PA. I’ve raced everything from the 5K to the marathon, the half and full marathon will always have my heart.

There’s nothing like the feeling of crossing a finish line you’ve worked months to reach.

Helping my athletes reach that goal, and watching them discover what they’re capable of along the way, is one of my favorite parts of coaching.

I’m a huge running nerd! When I’m not running, coaching athletes, or leading group fitness, I’m researching and reading to find new ways to be a better coach. Outside of the sport, you can find me outdoors walking, hiking, or biking, usually with my funny little dog, Brooks (yes, named after the running shoes), along for the adventure.

Big Influences

My coaching philosophy has been influenced by a coach and mentor who has been part of my journey from the very beginning, shaping my development in sport, in life and in my career. They consistently put the athlete first and treated me as a whole person, not just a runner, recognizing that outside responsibilities and stressors affect training and how we feel from day to day. Through their example, I learned the value of open communication, the importance of consistency over overtraining, and what it means to show up as the best version of myself, all while keeping the sport enjoyable.

I bring those same principles to every athlete I coach. That means a plan built around your life, a coach who listens and adjusts with you, and training you can sustain for the long run. If that sounds like the support you’re looking for, I’d love to hear about your goals.
