PHILOSOPHY

My coaching philosophy is based on teaching people how to have fun with the sport, while also providing the support and guidance to go after big scary goals. Feeling confident in your training and enjoying the process along the way is just as important as the training itself. Since everyone has a different starting point, schedule, goals, challenges, and motivations for running- training looks different on every athlete. To me, running is so much more than physical movement, it’s a way to connect with others, build confidence, challenge yourself, and grow as a person and an athlete.

COACHING EXPERIENCE

I was certified through UESCA and joined Team RunRun in 2025. While new to coaching, my running experience has allowed me the opportunity to connect with runners nationwide. I would love to share my knowledge I’ve acquired through experience to better equip runners to train smart and build consistent progress. As your coach, my job is to be your biggest cheerleader, sounding board, teacher and support system.

ABOUT ME

I live in north shore Massachusetts, and am passionate about animals and volunteer with my local animal shelter, enjoy gardening, reading, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. From a non-running background with a complicated relationship with my body, I am passionate about giving runners a space where they can feel welcome and encouraged. Running is meant to be an inclusive community, and I intend to help spread that message as much as possible!

BIG INFLUENCES

My biggest running influences are the everyday runners who continue to put in the work towards their goal. I get inspiration from seeing regular people with full time careers, families, hobbies, and responsibilities accomplish something they have worked so hard for.

RACING HISTORY

My racing history started in 2019 and continues to progress. I have raced 30 Half Marathons, an Olympic Triathlon, 9 Marathons, 2 50K’s and have a 50 mile and 100 mile race on the calendar. I am a forever student of the sport and love to work towards dreams I would never have thought were possible years ago- and you can, too!
