- Where to meet: 10 miles from 97405, or anywhere in the Eugene/Springfield area.
- What’s included in the In-Person Session?
- Depending on the runner and what they are specializing in, we would do a trail run or road run. During that time I would watch them run, and do some form drills. For trail runners I would watch them run up and downhill. Can make pointers and some drills to focus on for their up hill and down hill running. The trail run would be technique heavy.
