Philosophy

I believe anyone can be a runner.

You don’t have to be fast, or fit, or look a certain way. If you’ve got the courage to show up and move forward — you’re in.

I coach from the ground up: focused on resilience, body awareness, and building strength that lasts — not just for race day, but for real life.

Running is a return to self. A way to clear your head, feel your feet on the earth, and remember what you’re made of.

This isn’t about perfection — it’s about grit, growth, and giving yourself the space to become.

Coaching Experience

I have been coaching in the fitness industry for 3 years, both in-person and online. As I continue to grow personally and professionally, my love for challenge grows, and I have added more trail running experiences to my personal training. I now want to share that growth with others by helping them achieve their own personal running goals.

I currently still have my own running coach because I believe accountability is outside of oneself can be monumental in achieving your goals.

About Me

I’m originally from Mississippi, and I wasn’t into sports or the outdoors much growing up. It wasn’t until my 20s that I found my love of nature, adventure, and fitness. I continued to go back and forth with running and lifting, signing up for a race then not running for months or years after it was over. I was a hotshot in 2020, and that career made me realize how much I love doing tough stuff and seeing what my body is capable of. I moved to Colorado three years ago to spend more time in a beautiful place, and running at elevation was such a struggle for me. It took me months of consistency to get anywhere near decent, but it also introduced me to trail running and has made me a better runner overall. 2025 was the first year I started trail racing, mostly in Utah, and it has been absolutely amazing! Now I’m out looking for cool racing experiences in beautiful places. The experience is worth more than the fastest time for me.

Big Influences

Run/walk methods have saved me! Especially going from sea level to 7,000 feet of elevation, learning to implement a method that doesn’t tire me out as quickly has been a game changer. My own running coach has also been a tremendous help, as he’s always cheering for me and believing in me.

Race History

I have run 3 half marathons, 1 marathon, several trail races, and am pushing for ultra distances now. 2025 will be the first year I do Grand Circle Trailfest, a three day running festival that I can’t wait to experience!
