I am Alex, professional mountain and endurance athlete, and trainer with over 10 years of specialized experience–guiding athletes and people of all walks, mentally and physically in pursuit of outdoor education, personal fitness, or performance goals as a certified Personal Trainer and Virtual Coach with the National Academy of Sports Medicine; and as a certified Ultra-Marathon Coach with the United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy.
