Philosophy
Individualized structure. Sustainable Progress. Education & Empowerment.
No cookie-cutter plans, your training adapts to your life, stress, travel, family, and recovery. The goal isn’t just finishing races, it’s building confidence and resilience that carries into future races. I prioritize durability, smart progression and long term development. I believe athletes perform best when they understand the “why” and how to think like an athlete.
ABOUT YOU
Running has been a defining part of my life since I was 8 years old.
I was fortunate to compete at a high level as a youth athlete, becoming a national champion and All-American before competing at the NCAA D1 level. I experienced the structure, intensity and pursuit of excellence that come with high-level training.
And then life happened.
Career. Family. Responsibility. Like many former competitive athletes, I drifted away from structured training, not because I stopped loving it but because priorities shifted. That experience reshaped how I see coaching.
Today, I train for health, strength, longevity, and enjoyment. I understand what it feels like to balance ambition with real life. I understand what it’s like to want structure again, but not at the expense of the things that matter.
Whether you’re chasing a big performance goal or simply trying to reconnect with the athlete inside you, my aim is the same: help you train in a way that builds confidence, durability, and long-term success.
Coaching Experience
I bring 14 years of coaching experience across youth, high school, and competitive environments, along with 30 years in the sport of running and 7 years teaching physical education.
