Philosophy

Coaching should be accessible to runners at every level — from those brand new to the sport to those ready for a new challenge. No runner should feel excluded because of their pace or experience. Running builds confidence and resilience, and that belongs to everyone. My reason for coaching is helping back-of-the-pack and new runners discover the joy and excitement the sport has to offer — and celebrating every goal along the way.

Coaching Experience

I started coaching in 2024 and have worked with adult runners at all kinds of pivotal moments — returning after time off, leveling up in a distance, and rediscovering joy and fulfillment in running.

About Me

Running came into my life in my early 20s as a way to get active — starting from zero and working up to a 5K. From there, one thing led to another and I found myself training for my first half marathon through a cold Wisconsin winter. That training taught me so much about myself and what I was capable of, and those lessons have carried over into every other area of my life.

Outside of running, life looks like weekends with my dog, the latest thriller on the nightstand, and getting outdoors with my husband. Traveling is a big love too — new foods, new places, and always a run to see a new city in the best way possible.

Race History

As an adult-onset runner and proud back-of-the-pack runner, I’ve raced 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, and duathlons among distances in between. I’m currently training for marathon number five, hoping to run my 100th race later this year.
