SPECIALTIES

I work with beginner runners looking for ways start running as well as intermediate runners looking to be more consistent and improve their performance. I also specialize in providing strength workouts, nutrition guidance, core strength, and injury prevention.

PHILOSOPHY

Just as in life, running is a journey. You will have good days and bad days. You will have days where you are completely unmotivated or full of motivation. You will have setbacks. You will have successful wins. You will question your why or if you goal is something you’re even capable of. You will meet people with the same finish line goal as you. But your path to get there is completely different. This is where I come in as a coach. To meet you where you are and to successfully guide you on your path. All while cheering you on to victory.

COACHING EXPERIENCE

Although I am new to run coaching, I’ve had several years of experience in the fitness profession as a personal trainer, Health Coach, and Pilates instructor. I have helped many clients improve their health and well being as well as been a great support person.

ABOUT ME

I started running as a Midwest “seasonal” runner back in high school. Meaning you wouldn’t catch me outside running unless it was warm and sunny. After collage I moved to Atlanta and used running as a way to see the city and make new friends. While living in Atlanta for several years, I became a true, year long runner as I trained and ran my first marathon. When I moved back to the Midwest after having my baby I became seasonal again. That was until I joined a local running club in order to once again make friends and be social. That’s when the marathon bug bit me once again. Now I’m on my quest of becoming a Abbott World Marathon Majors 7 star finisher.

By day, I’m a personal trainer and Pilates instructor. I’m also a single mom to a busy little gymnast. So I know all about trying to find time to run and train with a busy schedule! What I love the most about running is the friendly and supportive community you become apart of. This is what led me to coaching. I want every runner I’m in contact with to have a strong support system, have fun, and have and a great cheerleader by your side.

RACING HISTORY

Running has given me the ability to see the world! Out of the 5 marathons I’ve ran so far, only 2 of them have been here in the States. I love how running has given not only me, but also my family that travels with me, a opportunity to experience different cultures and connect with people all over the world.
