  • In-person training sessions typically include a dynamic warmup with running form drills and strides, a guided workout (track or road) with immediate feedback and coaching, and a cooldown. Some training sessions could also include strength and mobility training, race strategy planning, and/or a guided goal-setting session.
  • We will have a phone/video call before an in-person training session to assess your desires and goals.
