Jeff is a fantastic coach. I wouldn’t have gotten as far as I did without him. Before i started working with Jeff I would barely accomplish 2 miles and it was hard. After a couple days of running i would eventually strain or tweak something causing me to go back to the drawing board. Once I started training with Jeff, he taught me the basics of running and guided me through when I hit road blocks. Fast forward, i am running half marathons with ease. In between races, my training of 5-10 miles i run with ease as well. I learned how to pace myself, run at lengths, and listen to my bodies needs. My first time hiring a run coach, definitely opened my eyes to online coaches.

Jeff was the first Running Coach I’ve ever hired, and I had a great experience! I sought out a coach to help me prepare for a Half Marathon, and I wanted to prepare better than I had in the past. Jeff definitely helped me accomplish this. I knew from the outset I would be hampered by a couple of injuries, and Jeff coached me through my injuries, while still maintaining an effective training program. He holds periodic phone call meetings which are timed perfectly, but is always available via text for questions, comments and feedback. All aspects of his training program are great, from mobility and strength training to running drills and pacing goals. When I heal up, and if I set another running goal for myself, I will be knocking on Jeff’s door again for sure!

Having the right training is crucial and I needed someone with the knowledge to guide me. Jeffrey was the first coach I ever used. I am weight lifter type that wanted to improve my running. He was very approachable and his training program really helped me improve my running. I was skeptical at first but I improved my times with his training plan. There were times I dreaded the training plan because I knew it would be a hard day but that’s what a coach is for. He pushed me beyond my limits. I will use Jeff again in the future if I am preparing for an event.

Coach Jeffrey is FANTASTIC! Prior to working with him I was running on my own, picking and choosing workouts. I was running a solid 10:30 minute mile (up to 13.1 miles). When I decided to pursue the goal of a full marathon I realized it was time to try working with a coach – mainly to try and avoid injury and to stay motivated. Fast forward 2 months: I am LOVING running. Jeffrey’s workouts are fun, varied, and do-able. Previously I skipped intervals because I didn’t like them – now I look forward to them! My mile pace times are now 9:00-9:30 for long runs (obviously I’m not a pro, just a mid/late-40s woman trying to get a little faster and stronger)!! I remain injury free and can’t wait to see what I can do by the time my marathon rolls around in a couple more months. Jeffrey is very responsive to emails, questions, and helps tailor my training program around my crazy work schedule.
