My coaching is rooted in personalization, tailoring each plan to your unique goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Progress is built through consistency, patience, and smart training; focusing on sustainable growth while listening to your body. My goal is to guide, support, and inspire you to discover your full potential as a runner.
COACHING EXPERIENCE
I’ve had the privilege of coaching numerous new runners, helping them cross the finish line of their first race. I’ve also coached with Girls on the Run, fostering a positive and supportive environment for young athletes. I’ve been a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2018, bringing a well-rounded approach to fitness and performance training.
ABOUT ME
I grew up in New Hampshire and moved to North Carolina after college for a career that took me across the country. After a life change, I relocated to Boston, a city that has always had my heart. Outside of fitness, I enjoy watching sports, spending time at the beach, going to concerts, and curling!
BIG INFLUENCES
My biggest influence and the reason I became a certified coach is my running crew. They inspired me to empower others to pursue their goals. I wanted to provide that same support to other runners the way my group did for me.
RACING HISTORY
After being diagnosed with a genetic form of Type 2 diabetes, I turned to running to manage my health and find strength. Inspired by April 15, 2013, I began my journey with a 5K, which sparked a passion that led me to complete multiple 5Ks, 10Ks, four half marathons, and Grandma’s Marathon.
