PHILOSOPHY

As a running coach, I believe that training is not just about individual improvement, but about collective growth. When we train together, we push each other to new heights, share in each other’s victories, and support one another through challenges. Every step we take side by side strengthens not just our bodies, but our community and our spirit. Together, we grow stronger, faster, and more resilient, building a foundation of mutual encouragement and shared success. In a nutshell, when we train together, we grow together.

ABOUT ME

I began my running journey in late 2017, initially seeking another way to connect with friends. What started as a simple social activity quickly became a passion. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in the running community, competing in a wide range of events, from 5k road races to half marathons, as well as indoor and outdoor track meets and cross-country competitions. My experiences across these diverse disciplines have deepened my love for the sport and reinforced my belief in the power of shared effort. Now, as a coach, I am dedicated to helping others discover their potential and grow through the joy of running together.

RACING HISTORY

The Falmouth Road Race is my favorite race. I’ve run in this race 5 times since I began running, 3 times for charity. My first half marathon was put on by Zooma, a race organization focusing on the woman runner. There, not only did I run with friends, but I also made friends.
