I’m somewhere in-between Google and David Goggins, while always being your biggest cheerleader. I thrive on helping others by providing them with resources, encouragement and accountability. These are all great tools for success, and I provide that to each of my clients.

My specialty is creating 3 and 4-Day Running Plans to assist those with a busy schedule while still achieving their run goals.

My coaching experience includes group and 1:1, adult clients. In-person and virtual.

I started running later in life and have loved it since. As a mother and full-time accountant, I know that juggling life, parenting and finding time to run takes planning. I love nature and the outdoors. I enjoy hiking and I also Ruck all distances from 5k to 50k. Rucking is walking with a weighted backpack.

  • My biggest influence is my daughter who is also my 5k run buddy. I started out pacing her and now (at 13) she paces me.
  • My run style influence is 80/20 Endurance and Coach Matt Fitzgerald.
  • My run “celebrity” influences as I would call them are: Mebrahtom “Meb” Keflezighi, Jeff Galloway, and last but not least Eliud Kipchoge. Their love for the sport and discipline is inspiring.

I am a late bloomer to running. Started in my 30’s, with my first 5k. I advanced to 10k all the way through to the Marathon distance. My favorite distance is 10k.

RRCA Certified Run Coach. Working on my 80/20 Endurance Certification.
