I emphasize proper form, gradual progressions, and incorporating strength and mobility work for well-rounded training.

ABOUT ME

As someone who used to hate running, I can completely relate to the struggles of getting started. I’ve got 2 kids, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find time for yourself. Running was never on my radar until a life-changing experience after the birth of my second child. Just days after coming home from the hospital, I developed a severe infection that caused me to lose so much blood that I required a transfusion and had to be readmitted. I was fighting for my life. When I recovered, I vowed never to take another day for granted – every day is a gift. I discovered the incredible joy of running and it has transformed my life. When I’m not running, you can find me chasing my 2 kids, hiking, rock climbing, backcountry skiing and ice skating. I can’t wait to share my passion and help others experience the same love of running that I have found. I speak Thai, English and Norwegian.

RACING HISTORY

I started racing after my second baby. I’ve race various distances with half marathons being my absolute favorite! Within 5 months time, I’ve improved from 2:03:29 to 1:48:46 and neither of those courses were downhill!
