In my running career, I have followed a clear structured approach, but also an adaptive approach. I believe in having both flexibility and commitment. If you have my commitment, I have yours. Simple 🙂

I have coached a bunch of my close friends and families – from general fitness to half and full marathon planned training.

ABOUT ME

I am both a painter and pest technician by trade while trying to balance studying a diploma of nutrition along with trying to become fitter and fitter by the day.

When I’m not working and training, I love to travel abroad, I’ve visited Japan, USA, Europe and many places across Australia.

I’m also a sports fanatic, I follow NRL, NBA, the ATP tour and any other sport that’s on!

RACING HISTORY

1st Place at Port Stephens Marathon 2:59

Port Stephens marathon has been a huge turning point in my running career, not only breaking 3 hours in the marathon, but it was ran in Summer with the course having over 350M of elevation, but also it being the busiest time in my life!
