SPECIALTIES
I specialize in road racing. I like to use science backed plans and personalize them to anyone’s lifestyle, schedule, and fitness level. There is room for everyone in this sport and we all have the opportunity to grow and pursue our dreams.
PHILOSOPHY
I use evidence-based practices to create plans that fit your needs and help you reach your goals. Running is something that can and should be lifelong if we keep burnout at bay by setting attainable goals and have fun doing it.

I have been an adult distance running coach for two years. Every athlete I have worked with consistently has set lifetime personal record while working with me.
ABOUT ME
Hi! My name is Rachael and I live in Montana with my husband and our 4 beautiful kids. I have been a runner throughout my whole life and have loved learning about the ways that running can come along side your busy schedule and be a healthy outlet and hobby. I have run 5 marathons (working on my 6th!) and have seen the positive influence running can have on anyone’s life.
BIG INFLUENCES
Jack Daniels is my number one run coaching influence. From his experience to his expertise in running plans I have used his book and the VDOT formula to create plans for all different levels of athletes. I always take pride in accommodating everyone’s lifestyle and personal goals and his book is a great tool alongside of that to formulate the perfect individualized plan.
RACING HISTORY
I ran my first marathon at 19 years old after having my first baby. I felt lost in motherhood and wanted to find something that was just for me. I completed the Seattle marathon in 4:45. I experienced a huge boost of confidence after completing the marathon and became sure of myself not just as a person, but also a mother and an athlete. I have since ran 4 more marathons (and had 3 more babies!) and my current PR is a 3:31. I am very hopeful to have a big update to that PR coming this year.
