What’s my why for running? I run for connection—connection to myself, to nature, to community. For me, running is an act of moving meditation, as much a mental exercise as it is physical. I revel in the opportunity to quiet the noise and marvel at the natural world. The community I’ve cultivated through this sport is unparalleled. I’m new to the coaching world, but have created training plans for a handful of individual runners and have mentored new runners in group settings.

About Me

When I’m not busy running, I can be found scribbling stories for young people (my debut children’s book comes out this year!), traveling, drinking entirely too much coffee, or filling my days with nature, music, books, and art.

Race History

So far, I’ve participated in several 5Ks, a couple of 10Ks, a few half marathons, and one 25K trail race. I’ll be training for my first full marathon in fall of 2026. Wish me luck!
