SPECIALTIES

My specialty and personal preference has always been the trails, whether sub-ultra or ultra distances, but my experience as an athlete and coach ranges from 1 mile to 50 miles. As a NASM certified personal trainer, I am experienced with strength training and am a firm believer in its benefits for all types of runners. Regardless of your experience level as a runner or your preferred surface or distance, I can help you achieve your goals, PR’s, and help you form your best relationship with running.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is to treat athletes as people first, runner’s second. We all lead busy lives with many commitments and strive to find ways to best fit running into that life. I aim to help runners build a healthy, long lasting relationship with running while achieving process and outcome goals along the way! Each athlete’s plan is fully personalized based on injury history, years of running, prior volume in hours/miles, current fitness, daily commitments, and more.

COACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been running competitively since 2009, with many road, xc, track, triathlon, and trail races under my belt. I’ve raced everything from the mile to 50mi. I have been a NASM certified personal trainer since 2019, helping people achieve strength and wellness goals. Much of my coaching experience has been with youth athletes ages 7-18, including summer programs, XC Junior Olympics, and a multi time state champion winning HS track & field team, with both in person and remote sessions.

ABOUT ME

I feel most at home running on mountainous, rocky trails around New England. Along with running, I love hiking, skiing, and gravel cycling. I’m a member of a Vermont based multi-surface running team. When I’m not training or working, I enjoy reading, traveling with my partner Kelsey, and hiking with friends.
