PHILOSOPHY
My key component in making a training plan is YOU. Every runner is different, whether it be your starting level, your work schedule, or coming back from an injury; together you can achieve your goals. Running is a team sport, I would love to join your team.
COACHING EXPERIENCE
I am a level one certified RRCA coach and assistant Coach with Fleet Feet Stuart and Port St. Lucie. I have five years of experience coaching or pacing half- and full-marathon groups.
ABOUT ME
My favorite day of the week is RunDay, and I strive to make it memorable for all the runners I train, whether in person or online. As a dedicated running coach who has overcome health issues and injuries, I bring a unique skill set to training. This personal journey has made me acutely aware of the importance of setting and achieving goals, regardless of obstacles. I will work with challenges, not against them.
I understand that every runner’s path is different, and I tailor my coaching to meet each athlete’s individual needs and aspirations. Whether you’re a beginner looking to complete your first race or an experienced runner aiming to break personal records, I’m here to provide the support, motivation, and expertise you need to succeed.

My running influences are Coach Denise Sauriol, Meb Keflezighi, Katherine Switzer, and iFit Trainer Tommy Rivs Puzey. Each one exudes positivity and making someone else’s run the best day ever.
RACING HISTORY
My racing history includes everything from a 5+ marathon to a BQ, along with many shorter distances and a few ultras. My favorite races are when I set a goal and achieve it. Every race is different, and it will teach you something if you listen to it and appreciate every finish line.

- I have a fun collection of animal trophies from running events over the years but my prized award is a painting made by a chimp when I placed third in the Master’s Field at a local Chimp Sanctuary 10K.
