Here are some key components that shape me as a coach:

Goal Setting

COACHING EXPERIENCE
After years of successfully self-coaching and achieving personal running goals, I’m now an athlete with a wonderful coach that is helping me reach new heights. I’m excited to bring that same focus and expertise to coaching athletes. My journey has given me deep insights into effective training techniques, goal-setting, and overcoming challenges, and now I’m dedicated to applying this knowledge to help others reach their goals.
ABOUT ME
What started as a simple enjoyment and a way to stay fit has evolved into a profound and multifaceted journey. Running began for me as a pleasurable form of exercise and a chance to unwind. Over time, it transformed into a deeper pursuit, encompassing personal challenges, goals, and growth. I ran my first ever marathon in 2022 with a time of 3:22:16 and have recently run another marathon in a time of 2:49:10. What began as a leisurely run has grown into a powerful and enriching part of my life, shaping who I am and fueling my passion for coaching others.
BIG INFLUENCES
The remarkable accomplishments of women in this sport motivate me to enhance my performance and chase my ambitions. My coach’s mentorship and confidence in my abilities ignite my determination, while the unwavering support and encouragement from my friends and family reinforce my motivation.
RACING HISTORY
Following my first ever marathon in 2022, I qualified to run the Boston Marathon in 2023. Witnessing the dedication and resilience of the runners pushed me to set higher goals and explore my abilities even further. I have since run a 2:49:10 marathon in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2023 and hope to tackle another marathon this fall!
