About Me

I am a wife, a mom of four daughters, a teacher, a coach, a Bed & Breakfast owner and I now own my own Running Company: Run Free Running Club LLC, and of course a life long runner.

  • I have 30+ years coaching and 40+ years competing.
  • I coach youth through masters runners.
  • I love the track, cross country and road racing.
  • I create beginner through championship-level development that is personalized, positive, coaching for the whole-athlete.

Big Influences

My coaches have opened doors for me and introduced me to the sport of running. From 5th grade through high school and then at the collegiate level, I have experienced truly genuine coaches that have supported me through my miles and running achievements. Coach Daniels, Coach Martucci, and Coach Connor are the heart and soul of running and always gave me their best by being honest, passionate about running, and CORE in their beliefs of hard work and dedication. I was a strong girl that grew into a strong woman and an even stronger lifetime runner and coach. I believed in my coaches, and they believed in ME!
