Since I started working with Tom 2 months ago, I have seen tremendous progress in my running performance and I credit much of that success to his expertise, dedication, and commitment to helping me achieve my goals. His personalized training plans and attention to detail have pushed me beyond my limits, supported by his encouragement and positive attitude. I appreciate the way his challenges me to strive for excellence while also making sure that I am taking care of my body and avoiding injury. As a result I feel confident I can run distances I once thought were out of reach. I would highly recommend Tom as a running coach to anyone looking to improve their running performance or achieve their running goals.
I cannot recommend Tom enough as a running coach. I have been impressed with his patience, his timely feedback, his flexibility to fit into my busy lifestyle and his ability to push me beyond what I thought I could ever do. His coaching has kept me not only on track with my running, but has also allowed me to stay consistent and kick some serious PB goals.

I am a 51 year old type 1 diabetic. I have experience in running half/full marathons but decided to take on the challenge of an ultramarathon/trail/uphill. I chose Tom due to learning he is a plant based athlete and has experience with type 1 diabetes. We live on opposite sides of the moon, however he makes the time to have zoom meetings with me and is extremely responsive to my emails/questions. He tailors my program to my needs and is very patient with me when I need to make schedule changes. He educates me with videos/podcasts which have greatly helped my stability/core/form on the trail.
