COACHING EXPERIENCE

With over two decades of running experience, I bring both personal and coaching expertise to help athletes reach their full potential. As a two-time NCAA All-American, a former collegiate athlete, and a competitive marathoner with a personal best of 2:27:12, I understand the dedication, discipline, and strategy required to succeed in endurance sports.

Since 2003, I have been immersed in the sport—first as an athlete and now as a coach—guiding runners of all levels, from high school cross country athletes to adult endurance runners, to achieve personal bests. My coaching approach balances science-based training, race strategy, and individualized programming to maximize performance while prioritizing injury prevention and long-term development.

I have coached numerous athletes to new PRs, stronger endurance, and improved race-day execution, whether they’re preparing for cross country season, a road race, or a marathon. My passion for running and coaching is rooted in helping athletes discover their potential and push past their limits.

ABOUT ME

I am a proud father to a 10-year-old daughter, and I believe in fostering discipline, compassion, and respect in both athletics and life. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies and playing video games.
