SPECIALTIES

Whether you’re aiming for a 5k PR, conquering a half marathon, or tackling a full marathon, I’m here to help you reach your goals. My experience includes taking those with zero to limited running backgrounds and helping them accomplish their goals.

I specialize in goal setting, time management, and nutrition and beginning runners looking to challenge themselves mentally and physically.

PHILOSOPHY

Pillars of success to being an amazing runner:

  1. Selecting appropriate stretch goals:
    1. This allows you to have a “why” to your running when the days get long and you “don’t have the time” (you don’t have time you make time to do things that are truly important to you
  2. Feedback and Communication:
    1. Maintain regular communication with the runner to monitor progress and address any concerns or questions.
    2. Adjust the training plan as needed based on feedback and performance.
  3. Community and Support:
    1. Encourage runners to seek support and motivation from running clubs, online communities, or local running groups.
    2. Foster a sense of camaraderie and accountability among runners.
  4. Enjoying the process:
    1. If you’re not going to enjoy it why do it at all?
